Reform in Nerja real estate
The real estate agency Bjurfors decided to count on us to reform a basement and locate one of its offices in a central street in Nerja. We were challenged to transform a dark room into an open and bright space.
The reform of the premises contributed to the business
All this was achieved thanks to large windows that let in light naturally illuminating the space, in addition to providing a panoramic view of the office to whoever passes by on the street. It was also possible thanks to a palette of light colors, combined with a decoration with Scandinavian touches very characteristic of the signature.
Lighting was also key in this reform, a base of bulbs integrated into the ceiling provide amplitude and altitude to the premises. It is combined with a secondary lighting that functions as a point of support for the general and we find it in the lamp in the hall.
The window placed in the boardroom brings a bath of natural light that bounces off all the white walls and runs throughout the room.
